FAQ

Go to SERVICES/BOOK and click on the section from the Motherboard that interests you. To know more about each section, click the learn more button on the next page of that section, or launch a chat window to chat with a live Mothership representative.

 

Once you land on the book page for the section you need, enter the drop-down information, and click BOOK.

 

This will take you to another page that asks a few more questions and allows you to enter a day and time for your appointment regarding business consulting services or creative consulting services.

 

You can book, pay for, and finalize your appointment from there. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email with all the important information you need.

After the completion of your appointment time, you will receive an email letting you know that your appointment time has ended. You will then have the opportunity to click one of the following buttons:

 

  • End Appointment

  • Extend Appointment

  • Request a Refund 

 

If you select Extend Appointment, you will be asked to enter the amount of time you would like to extend your appointment and will then click approve for the costs and time entered. If your service provider is still available, they will agree to extend the appointment via our platform. You will get an e-mail confirmation and payment receipt charged to the card on file, and you can continue your appointment.

 

If your service provider is not available to extend, you will be notified via e-mail and will then have to book a new appointment on the Mothership website or Mobile app.

 

Don’t worry! All your information and edits will be stored and viewable in your back-end “Ground Control” project management system on the Mothership server and will be accessible for your next appointment by you and your new star Mothership Service Provider.

If you would like to request a specific star service provider, you can do so by clicking, REQUEST PROVIDER on the book page, then enter the Mothership email address of that provider when prompted. As long as you are logged into the system and are listed as a member, your requested providers’ availability will populate on the calendar.

You can then select a day and time that works for both of your schedules. If they do not have availability, you can then cancel the “same service provider request” and select a day and time with any other Star Service Provider on the general calendar.

No. All time is billed by the hour. However, we do have discount codes that we issue often where you can receive free time on hours purchased, such as 30 minutes free when you purchase 2 hours or up to 1 hour free if you purchase 4 hours or more.
This can be discussed within the first consultation hour with your provider, and all of your notes will be entered into your back-end “ground control” project management interface so that any provider you work with will be up to date and briefed on your needs. No repetition needed here! Just idea to execute bliss and the very best in business and professional consulting services, as well as creative consulting services.

If you are a member, you can request to have the same service provider for all of your projects. If you are a member or non-member, you will have the same provider throughout your project lifecycle, unless you prefer to switch providers during an active project. You can do so by clicking the switch button on the back-end Ground Control system

 

Even though non-members do not get to request the same provider for each project-they are still in great hands!

 

As you know, all of our providers are stars, and all of your notes and files will be entered, stored, and available in our encrypted back-end “Ground Control” project management interface so that any provider you work with will be up to date and briefed on your needs. They can pick up exactly where your last provider left off and will follow all brand guidelines and notes ensuring that your new project will continue to be executed seamlessly.

After the completion of your appointment time, you will receive an email letting you know that your appointment time has ended. You will then have the opportunity to click one of the following buttons:

 

  • End appointment

  • Extend Appointment

  • Request a Refund 

 

The “Request a Refund option will then prompt a few extra questions, so we can better assess the reasons behind the refund request. For example, could theoretically answer with, “Not happy with the services provided.

 

In response, you will be prompted with, “Is there anything we can do to help?”, followed by a contact request prompt, so you get in touch with the Mothership Team.

 

Should you request a refund and have not received any official working hours or deliverables on your project, we will refund you immediately. Should you request a refund and have received deliverables and business consulting or creative consulting services, we will launch an immediate investigation and update you within one week of your refund request.

All products purchased via the SPACE STORE have a 30-day refund policy and are sent out with a prepaid return shipping label. As long as any and all returned product(s) are received by MTC unused and in new condition, the customer will receive a full refund. If said product(s) is/are received back from the customer in new condition and after 30 days, a full credit will be issued for the item.

 

No credits or refunds will be issued for products received back from customer in used or weathered condition, unless they arrived to the customer this way, in which case we would need a picture of the product and date of picture taken, along with the refund request, emailed to: refundrequest@mothershipcorp.com

Go to login/register or the memberships page under the top left M logo/burger menu on the Mothership website.

 

You will see an option there to view and sign up to be a member.
